Music store thief wanted by Ottawa police

The Ottawa Police Service is asking for the public's help to identify a woman, believed to be involved in a robbery on Rideau Street.
Officers say a woman walked into a music store on Rideau Street on August 6, around 12:30 p.m., grabbed a few items and put them into her bag.
Staff at the store confronted the suspect. According to police, that's when she became aggressive toward staff and took off with the merchandise she had stuffed into her bag.
The suspected thief is described as a white woman, between 40 and 50 years old, and slim with dyed orange or red hair. She was wearing a black sweater with white shorts and glasses at the time of the incident.
