Cirque du Soleil returns to Gatineau for encore performance

Cirque du (Soleil) soleil returns to Gatineau with an adapted version of its fan favorite 'Alegria', for the show's 25th anniversary. Spectators can see the performance in the Big Top located at 3 Eddy Street, in Gatineau, QC. until September 1.

According to Cirque du Soleil's Chief Executive Producer, Yasmine Khalil, the show is back and touring due to popular demand. As a result, attendees can expect to see a modern take on a classic power-struggle story.

Alegria first debuted in Montreal's Old Port back in April of 1994 and has since gone on to receive critical acclaim.
