Carsons Road homicide suspect arrested in Montreal

The Ottawa Police Service says the second suspect in a homicide on Carsons Road is under arrest.

Montreal police arrested Jeffrey Dondji while conducting an unrelated criminal investigation, Tuesday, December 8.

Dondji, 21, had been on an outstanding Canada wide warrant for first degree murder in the death of Mohamed Hassan, back on July 27, 2020.

Dondji is being transferred to Ottawa and is expected to appear in court later on Wednesday, December 9.

A 17-year-old girl is also facing one count of first degree murder in Hassan's death. She was arrested in September.
