Ottawa's Escapade Music Festival will be a live in-person event this year.
Festival organizers say the event will follow all COVID-19 health guidelines in place, and will only allow admittance to people who are fully vaccinated.
Those who cannot be immunized due to medical reasons will be required to show a negative COVID-19 test result from within 24 hours of when the festival starts.
Also, to make it easier for their 'EMF FAM,' organizers are hosting a popup vaccination clinic on Saturday, July 24, at 300 Coventry Road.
The clinic is open to anyone who lives, works or goes to school in Ontario.
Current ticket holders who are uncomfortable attending a live, in-person event can contact organizers for a full refund, or transfer tickets to 2022.
For those who do show up, there will be live DJs and giveaways.
The festival is scheduled from the Friday to Sunday of Labour Day weekend, however, its location is yet to be determined.
