Gas prices jumping five cents on Sept. 29
Ottawa drivers are set to see an increase at the gas pumps on Thursday, Sept. 29.
Roger McKnight, chief petroleum analyst at En-Pro International, tweeted on Sept. 28 that the price of gas at most Ottawa stations will rise five cents tomorrow to $1.539 a litre.

The Ford government implemented a cut of the gas tax by 5.7 cents per litre in Ontario on July 1, and prices dropped 11 cents on that day.
