Cyclist suffers injuries after collision in west end

A cyclist is in serious but stable condition after a collision in Ottawa’s west end.

Emergencies crews responded after a woman on a bike was hit by a vehicle on Corkstown Road, near Moodie Drive, around 12:45 p.m. on Aug. 18.

The Ottawa Paramedics Service told CityNews Ottawa that the woman was taken to hospital and her injuries are not considered life-threatening.

Corkstown Road was closed earlier as the Ottawa Police Service investigated the incident.
