Police are seeking the public’s help identifying a man in a violent road rage incident that took place last summer.
The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) say two vehicles were driving from Quebec into the downtown area of Ottawa in June 2023 when one driver became upset with the other driver.
The upset driver allegedly exited his vehicle while at a traffic light and proceeded to smash the windshield of the other vehicle with an object. Police say he also shouted a number of threats.
It’s not clear exactly what caused the road rage incident leading to the windshield being smashed.

During the incident, he was wearing a blue sweater with black pants, a grey baseball hat, and either grey or black shoes.
