Registration fast approaching for Ottawa’s spring activities and after school programs

Registration for Ottawa’s spring recreation and before and after school programs are just around the corner.
According to a release, browsing the upcoming activities can be done on the city website.
Some dates to keep in mind are Feb. 13 at 9:00 p.m. for swimming lessons.
Registration for all other non-aquatic spring recreation and culture programs, including before and after school programs, will open on Feb. 15 at 9:00 p.m.
Programs include swimming, arts, sports, fitness and general interest, music, martial arts, and others.
The city said that to have the highest chance of getting the program you want, your account should be set up before registration night. To create an account, visit the city’s website.
Registration is also open for all winter, March break and summer camp programs.
For children who need support to participate in programs, the city’s Inclusive Recreation team provides integration support staff to help children successfully participate.
