Two suspects at large after break and enter getaway vehicle crashes into Kingston, Ont. home

Kingston police are looking for two suspects who they believe were involved in a break and enter and then crashed their vehicle into a house.

Police say they responded to a business alarm in the city’s west end at around 4:00 a.m. on Tuesday.

Officers say a vehicle sped past them on their way to the call near Princess Street and John Counter Boulevard. Another unit was sent after the speeder but the vehicle wasn’t found.

On scene at the business, police found evidence that it was broken into and unspecified items were stolen.

Police say they got another call about a car crashing into a house. Patrol officers found the vehicle, which they say hit two homes near Victoria and Oak Streets.

They believe it’s the same vehicle they saw speeding earlier and that the occupants were involved in the break and enter.

Police found an injured person in the backseat and paramedics brought them to hospital.

Their condition is unknown.

More officers and the Kingston Police Canine Unit were brought to the scene but couldn’t track down the two remaining suspects.
