Police charge man with disguise with intent, assault

Ottawa police have charged a 24-year-old after an incident that happen on Wednesday evening.
At about 9:25 p.m. officers responded to a call at Central Park Drive after a woman was approached and grabbed by an unknown man. He was wearing a shirt over his head outside of her apartment, the press release reads.
While the man was attempting to “pull the woman away,” bystanders came to her help and called police.
Officers arrested the man and charged him with assault (x2) and disguise with intent.
