Ottawa police search for man last seen near Place d’Orléans

The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) is asking for help locating a man who has been missing for over a week.
Hugh Harrington, 27, was last seen near Place d’Orléans around 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept 10, and family is concerned for his wellbeing.
He is described as:
- Approximately 5’10” (178cm)
- 140 lbs (64kg)
- Medium build
- Blue eyes
- Shoulder length red hair (usually up in a bun)
- Full beard
Harrington was last seen wearing a black short-sleeved T-shirt, black nylon pants and black leather running shoes.
