Police in the Upper Ottawa Valley are asking for help locating a young woman who has been missing for over a week.

Sara, 19, whose last name has not been provided, was last seen in Pembroke around 6 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 29.

Sarah is described as:

5’1” tall
Around 100 lbs.
Brown shoulder-length hair
