Man shot by another after becoming involved in altercation, police say

Ottawa police opened an investigation after a man was shot in the city’s Craig Henry neighbourhood in Nepean.
Officials say the Guns and Gangs Unit was called Sunday night to Ashwick Court, just off Craig Henry Drive. Police reported they were called for an altercation.
Officers said a man was shot by another man who exited a vehicle and became involved in an ongoing dispute. Police said they believed it was a targeted incident.
The man shot sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
