Crews pull man from Ottawa River

GATINEAU — Fire crews from Gatineau and Ottawa responded to a call Thursday reporting a person jumped into the Ottawa River.
A technical rescue team was sent to the scene, and crews found the male victim under the ice.
The man was pulled on to the bridge, and C.P.R. was performed on scene.
Gatineau police say the man was pronounced dead in hospital.
