No injuries in Carlington fire

OTTAWA – Fire crews say there are no injuries after a late night house fire in the Carlington area.

Crews arrived to a two-storey home just before 11 p.m. Friday after a caller reported seeing black smoke pouring out of the home.

It was reported that the owners were not home at the time and the house was empty.

Damages are estimated at $400,000. The cause of fire is being investigated.
