Police trace national child porn tip back to Ottawa

OTTAWA – A 69-year-old Ottawa man is facing six child porn-related offences.
Ottawa Police say Chatstep and Skype recently reported five incidents to the National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre.
An IP address was then linked to an Ottawa address, where an arrest was made.
Leo Houle will answer to charges in court Thursday.
Police say more charges are pending, as officers still need to examine digital devices that were seized in the investigation.
