FOUND: Missing man last seen east of Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus

UPDATE: The Ottawa Police Service says Joseph Treusch has been found, and is safe.

There are concerns for the health and well-being of a missing Ottawa man, and police are asking for the public's help to find him.

The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) says Joseph Treusch, 32, has a medical condition and is without his medication.

He was last seen around 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, near Bayswater Avenue and Carling Avenue, east of the Ottawa Hospital's Civic Campus.

Treusch is described as:

  • 5' 8″
  • 185 lbs.
  • Clean shaven
  • Balding
  • Scar on left arm

Police say he was wearing a cream-coloured hooded sweater, dark pants and dark sandals.

Anyone with information about the current whereabouts of Treusch is asked to call Ottawa police at 613-236-1222.
