Firefighters respond to collision on Fallowfield Road, help four people out of two vehicles

Ottawa firefighters helped four people out of two vehicles after responding to a motor vehicle collision on Fallowfied Road and Conley Road on Friday, Feb. 24.
When emergency crews arrived at the scene just after 8:15 p.m. last night, the Ottawa Fire Services (OFS) said in a release that one vehicle was on its side and the other was on its wheels.
Two people were trapped in each vehicle, and according to the OFS, it took six minutes to help people out of one vehicle, while it took almost an hour to rescue the two people from the other vehicle.
At 20:17 last night, we responded to a head on collision at Fallowfield Rd/Conley Rd. 2 occupants in each vehicle were trapped. According to paramedics, one man in his 50s was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries and is in critical condition, while a man in his 30s was in serious but stable condition.
A female toddler was also in serious but stable condition.
