Man arrested after children approached in Munster area

The Ottawa Police Service have charged a man in the Munster area on June 18 after an incident involving children.
According to a release, Scott Cuthbertson, 50, was charged with four counts each of:
- Harassment by threatening conduct
- Invitation to sexual touching under 16 years of age
On June 17, police received notice that four children were approached near the Munson Community Centre by an unknown man in an SUV. Police said the man made inappropriate sexual comments toward the children before leaving the area. No physical contact was made.
This incident was initially investigated by frontline officers, with continuation by the Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit.
