C.B.S.A. publishing names and pictures of suspected war criminals as part of pilot project

Foreign criminals hiding in Canada are now in the sights of all Canadians.  There are believed to be about 1,400 foreign criminals in this country. The Canada Border Services Agency is starting their search with a pilot project that has them going public with the names and identitying 30 suspected war criminals.  If successful, the Ottawa Sun says that the project could be expanded to call out all foreign criminals suspected to be living in Canada.

After releasing the names and photos last week, two are already in custody after tips from the public.  Although critics fear that the release of this kind of information will lead to the spread of xenophobia, racism and anti-immigration sentiment by associating immigrants and refugees to criminals.
