OC Transpo bus driver tests positive for COVID-19 after running east Ottawa routes

The City of Ottawa says an OC Transpo bus driver has tested positive for COVID-19. 

The employee has been self-isolating since their last day of worl, which was December 2.

The city says it's working with Ottawa Public Health (OPH) to conduct contact tracing of anyone who has, or may have been, in close contact with the driver. 

In this case OPH has advised that the key dates are the 48-hour period prior to the onset of symptoms; which are November 30, December 1 and 2. OPH is following up with family and friends who may have been in close contact with the employee during these key dates.

The driver operated the following buses on the routes outlined below:
