Gas prices going down on Nov.11

Ottawa drivers are set to see some relief at the gas pumps ahead of the weekend.

Roger McKnight, chief petroleum analyst at En-Pro, tweeted on Nov. 10 that the price at the pumps will go down three cents on Friday, Nov. 11 to $1.659 cents a litre at most Ottawa gas stations.

Back in June, the price at the pumps in Ottawa hit a record $2.159 a litre. The price then fell to $1.439 a litre in September — the lowest since January.
