Justin Bieber bringing Changes tour to Canadian Tire Centre

Canadian pop superstar Justin Bieber will be making a stop in Ottawa when he tours after the release of his new album, Changes.

The Changes tour, with special guests Kehlani and Jaden Smith, will be live at the Canadian Tire Centre on Tuesday, September 1, at 7 p.m.

Tickets go on sale Friday, February 14 at noon.

Bieber announced Tuesday that his fifth studio album, Changes, will also arrive in stores and online February 14. Special collector's edition CD's are expected to contain one of two exclusive fold-out posters.

American Express card members can purchase tickets before the general public beginning Thursday, Jan. 30, at 10 a.m. through Thursday, Feb. 13 at 10 p.m. A limited number of exclusive VIP Packages will also be available starting Thursday, January 30 at 10 a.m. 

Additionally, $1 from each ticket purchased will be donated to the Bieber Foundation which is committed to supporting mental health wellness.
