King will be kept in custody as he awaits trial.
King was arrested last week and faces charges of mischief, counselling to commit mischief, counselling to commit the offence of disobeying a court order and counselling to obstruct police.
Earlier this week, another one of the protest organizers, Tamara Lich, was denied bail, with the judge in her case believing there was a substantial likelihood Lich would commit offences if released.
