UPDATE: One person dead after Overbrook apartment fire

One person has died after an apartment fire in Overbrook early Friday morning.
A 63-year old man died of his injuries at the hospital.
Ottawa fire crews received a call about the fire around 2:30 a.m. at 251 Donald Street near Vanier parkway.
Firefighters had to rescue multiple people from inside the building.
All residents on the 14th floor will be displaced, and around 20 people are being assisted by victim services.
The Canadian Red Cross will be assisting those affected by this incident.
The fire was under control just after 3:00 a.m.
An Ottawa Fire Investigator has been called in to determine the cause.
