Police deem Vars auction lot fire accidental

Ottawa police say an early morning fire at a Vars car auction parking lot Wednesday was likely caused by an electrical fault.
The fire fully engulfed six vehicles on the lot. A total of 12 cars were damaged by the fire.
No injuries were reported.
The Ottawa Police Arson Unit was called in to investigate, but they've since closed their file, after determining the fire was likely accidental.
