Spring-time Conroy Pit robbery suspect turns himself in

After more than six months, The Ottawa Police Service says the man wanted in two robberies in the Conroy Pit area has turned himself in.

The first incident happened on April 18 and the second on May 1. 

On both occasions, police say the suspect smashed car windows, stole purses and made purchases with the stolen credit cards. 

Patrick Doris is set to appear in court, facing the following charges: 

– Theft Under $5,000 (6 counts)
– Theft of Credit Card (5 counts)
– Use Credit Card Obtained by  Offence (16 counts)
– Mischief to Property (7 counts)
