Toddler revived after being found unconscious in Ottawa River

A female toddler was found unconscious in the water at Britannia Beach Saturday night, but was able to be revived by bystanders.
She was found face down in the Ottawa River at 7:50 p.m. when bystanders immediately started CPR.
By the time paramedics arrived on scene, the toddler was conscious.
Paramedics say she was taken to the hospital and at the time, was deemed to be in serious condition.
