Cocaine, fentanyl, meth among drugs found by OPP in North Dundas home

The Ontario Provincial Police has uncovered a variety of drugs at a home in North Dundas, including cocaine, blue fentanyl, crystal meth and oxycodone.

Officers executed a search warrant on Church Street on Thursday, August 20.

Aside from the drugs, police also seized imitation weapons, weapon parts, ammunition and other items typically associated with drug dealing. 

Three people have been arrested in connection with the bust

Christopher Sullivan, 34, of North Dundas Township, has been charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking – Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) sec. 5(2) – four counts
  • Possession of a Schedule 1 substance – CDSA sec. 4(1)
  • Possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order – Criminal Code sec. 117.01(1) – two counts

Amanda-Jean Marwick, 37, of North Dundas Township, has been charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking – CDSA sec. 5(2) – four counts
  • Possession of a Schedule 1 substance – CDSA sec. 4(1)

The pair have been released from custody and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on November 3.

Brendon Charbonneau, 19, of Ottawa, has been charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking – CDSA sec. 5(2)
  • Fail to comply with an Undertaking – CC sec. 145(4)(a)
  • Fail to comply with a Probation Order – CC sec. 733.1(1) – two counts
  • Fail to comply with a Release Order- CC sec. 145(5)(a)

The accused was remanded in custody until a bail hearing, scheduled before the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on August 21.
