Police looking for pair of suspects in violent Heron Gate robbery

The Ottawa Police Service is hoping the public can help to identify two suspects in a mugging on Baycrest Drive in Heron Gate, which left one man with serious injuries.
Officers say the pair of suspects arranged to meet the victim on Baycrest Drive, between Walkley Road and Heron Road, around 2:40 p.m. on January 6.
The suspects lured the victim to a stairwell of a building where they attacked him and stole his cell phone.

The first suspect is described as:
- Black
- 5' 8'' (173 cm)
- Thin build
- Approximately 20 years old
- Was wearing a black toque, a grey hooded sweater, a black jacket, red jogging pants and black shoes
The second suspect is described as:
- Black
- 6' 0'' (183 cm)
- Thin build
- Was wearing a blue hooded sweater, a red winter coat, black pants and black shoes
