Police searching for suspect in multiple west Ottawa thefts, frauds

The Ottawa Police Service is asking for the public's help to identify a suspect in several theft and fraud incidents which happened in the city's west end.
Officers say the incidents happened between February and April of this year.
The suspect is described as:
- Middle Eastern
- Approximately 35-40 years old
- Between 6' 2'' and 6' 4'' (188 cm to 193 cm)
- Medium build
- Short, trimmed black beard
- Thick black eyebrows
- Brown eyes.
- Last seen wearing dark clothing
