Sexual assault in Renfrew

Ontario Provincial Police in Renfrew are investigating two separate sexual assault complaints, making an arrest in one case.
On April 30, a teenage boy reported being sexually assaulted by a man that the teen met on a social media site.
Michael Daly, 56, of Hastings Highland Township was charged with sexual assault of a person under 16, sexual interference, and invitation to sexual touching of a person under 16.
The accused was released on a promise to appear in a Renfrew court on May 30.
On May 4, a woman reported being sexually assaulted back in 2002. That investigation is on-going.
