The search continues for two men accused of sexual assault in Ottawa back in 2017.

The Ottawa Police Service says Ousmane Kader Diarrassouba, 24, and Abdilahi Houd, 23, were out on bail conditions this past summer but did not show up in court for their sentencing this past summer.

Police now believe the two accused men have fled the country.

The investigation into their whereabouts remains active and the OPS is working with its law enforcement partners to find and return them.

If anyone has information on the whereabouts of the two accused, they are asked to call 613-236-1222 or Crime Stoppers.
