Attempted abduction near Terry Fox Elementary School

Ottawa Police are investigating after word of an attempted abduction in Orleans Monday afternoon. CTV reports public school board officials say a student at Terry Fox Elementary School was approached by a stranger in a white car who repeatedly told the student to get into the vehicle. The student refused the the stranger drove away. Teachers have reviewed safety rules with students.
