Libyan leader predicts victory over rebels

Libyan ruler Moammar Gadhafi appears to be winning the battle against rebel forces.
Gadhafi’s forces are racing toward rebel strongholds in the east and west. They are reinforced by troops from African countries and his navy is patrolling off the coast to keep the rebels from getting weapons, ammunition and other supplies.
Gadhafi says he expects victory in the fight against the rebels trying to overthrow his government and is deriding international discussion of a no-fly zone.
