Prairie Scene on in Ottawa

The National Arts Centre is kicking off its latest regional arts festival tonight.

This year’s edition is called Prairie Scene, and it focuses on acts from Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

The festival will feature over five hundred performances, including music, dance, and visual artists.

For tonight, Prairie Scene will present the film ‘I Heart Regina’ as well as an art gallery crawl.

The event runs until May 8 at venues around the city.
