Police issue Amber Alert for missing Toronto boy

Ontario Provincial Police have issued an Amber Alert for missing Toronto child Joshua Low, 8.
Police say they are concerned for his safety after he left town with his mother.
Joshua is described as four-feet-tall with a thin build and short black hair.
He’s 40 to 45 pounds with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and blue and yellow shoes.
His mother, Jessie Low-Zheng, 45, is described as Asian, standing approximately five-feet-two-inches tall with a thin build, long black hair and glasses.
She is said to be driving a brown, 4 door Toyota Corolla with an Ontario license plate: B-A-M-E 697.
