AYLMER – A 50 year-old man has been charged with several firearms offences after a shooting at the Aylmer Marina Friday morning.

Two other people were released on a promise to return to court in September to face charges of unauthorized possession of a firearm in a vehicle.

A citizen gave police a vehicle description that led to the arrest. Police found a vehicle with a pistol inside.

Police say no one was injured and no damage was reported.
