Ten arrested, drugs seized in “Project Beaconsfield”

A sweeping series of drug busts across Eastern Ontario has resulted in ten arrests, and the seizure of a large quantity of drugs and vehicles.

OPP executed search warrants in Clarence Creek, Bourget, Brockville, Manotick, Elizabethtown-Kitley and Gloucester, Wednesday, after an eight-month investigation.

Seven locations were raided, including an auto shop and house in Manotick, and a rural property on Albion Road in Gloucester.

Investigators seized:

– 7 kgs Cocaine
– 29 lbs Marihuana
– 18 Grams Hashish
– 2006 Hummer
– 2011 Black GMC Sierra Pick-up truck
– 2011 Chevrolet Silverado
– 2003 Chrysler Intrepid
– Over $45,000 Canadian Currency

Police say their investigation is still ongoing.  So far, police have laid a long list of drug charges against:

– Terry Crawford, 36, of Ottawa
– Sean Sullivan, 32, of Ottawa
– Robert McNamara, 53, of Clarence Creek
– Travis Morgan, 44, of Clarence Creek
– Jamie Levere, 39, of Clarence Creek
– Scott Beggs, 36, of Bourget
– Alain Lacroix, 41, of Bourget
– Ronald Eaton, 43, of Brockville
– Pamela Crowder, 45, of Brockville
– Donald Crowder, 46, of Brockville

Eaton also faces illegal gaming charges.
