Severe thunderstorm watch in effect for Ottawa

Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Ottawa, Gatineau, Smiths Falls and Perth.
They say there’s a potential for thunder showers with damagin winds, large hail and torrential downpours.
There is also a risk of a tornado east of Georgian Bay to the Quebec border and a tornado warning has been issued for Renfrew, Arnprior, Calabogie, Barry’s Bay, Killaloe and Eganville.
