Potential wheel tragedy avoided on Highway 401: OPP

The OPP is again raising alarms about transport truck wheels.
The video follows two separate transport trucks losing their wheels on the same day last week.
On Friday, the wheels of an eastbound tanker transport truck became detached on Highway 401, near Prescott, striking five other vehicles.
The second incident occurred less than 12 hours later when the wheels came off a transport truck on Highway 7 at Kaladar.
