Police identify man killed in Winchester Springs crash

WINCHESTER SPRINGS, Ont. – A North Dundas man has been identified as the person killed in a crash near Winchester Springs Tuesday afternoon.

Provincial police responded to the scene on County Road 31, where a Mini Cooper had crossed into the opposing lane and collided head-on with a transport truck.

The driver of the Mini Cooper, identified as Neville Vincent, 67, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The 44-year-old driver of the transport was not hurt.
