Search ends for Kingston military officer

Police have identified a man’s body found in the St. Lawrence River last week as that of a missing Kingston military officer.
A man’s body was pulled from the river near Milton Island, just east of Kingston, last Wednesday.
The man has now been identified as Timothy Bowman, 36, of Kingston.
Bowman had been missing since August 26. Police say no foul play is suspected.
