ed: Ottawa Police report November 3, 2017, that Holland has been found safe.

OTTAWA–A search is continuing for a missing Canadian Armed Forces member — last seen 12-days ago in Ottawa.

Major Steve Holland was last seen in the east end in the Dunham Street area, October 7.

Holland is a student at the Joint Command and Staff Program at the Canadian Forces College in Toronto: he’s white, 5′ 5″, 170 pounds, with a stocky, muscular build.

Holland was last seen wearing wearing a green sweater, beige shorts and red ballcap.

Commandant of the Canadian Forces College, Brigadier-General Kevin Cotten, issued a statement of support for Holland’s family Thursday, and urged anyone with information on where Holland might be to call Ottawa Police.
