Wellington Street West reopens following building collapse

A Hintonburg street has reopened to traffic following a building collapse last week. 

Last Tuesday, emergency crews responded to a heritage building at 1119 Wellington Street West, where the left side of the building had collapsed.

While the street has re-opened, the sidewalk in front of 'Magee House' remains off limits.  

After a partial demolition, city engineers are examining the remaining structure to see if it can be saved.
