Arrest made following indecent act at Casselman business

The Ontario Provincial Police has charged a 46-year-old after an indecent act at a business in Casselman.
The incident was reported to OPP on Sunday, March 31, around 2:30 p.m.
Shawn Kelly, of The Nation Municipality, was charged with:
- Indecent Act – public place CC 173(1)(a) and
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order CC 733.1(1)
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in L'Orignal on July 10.
