Civic holiday: What’s open and closed in Ottawa

The long weekend is upon us, and we have a list of important municpal businesses, stores and others entities that are open and closed on the civic holiday.
Here is a list of what's open and closed on Monday.
MUNICIPAL
Client Service Centres: Closed
City Hall: Closed
311: Open for urgent matters
There is no curbside green bin, recycling or garbage collection. It will be delayed by one day all week.
Childcare centres: Closed
Libraries: Closed
Beaches, wading pools and splash pads: Open
Indoor pools: Some will be open for public swimming. Details on City of Ottawa’s website.
PUBLIC TRANSIT
OC Transpo bus service will operate on a Sunday schedule.
O-Train Line 1 will run on a reduced weekday scheduled.
O-Train Line 2 replacement bus service will run on a Sunday schedule.
MALLS AND STORES
Rideau Centre: 10 a.m. – 6p.m.
St. Laurent Centre: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Bayshore Shopping Centre: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Tanger Outlets: 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Place d’Orleans: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Grocery stores: Open
OTHER
LCBO: Closed
Beer Store: Various. Some stores listed below. For other stores, visit The Beer Store website.
Nepean: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Manotick: Closed
- Bells Corners: Closed
- Eagleson South Centre: Closed
- Mericale Road: Closed
- Somerset Street: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- College Square: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- All museums — with the exception of the National Gallery of Canada, which is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the Canadian Agriculture and Food Museum — are closed.
COVID-19 TESTING
Brewer Assessment Centre: 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Moodie Care Clinic: 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Heron Care Clinic: Closed
