OPP lay additional charges against Brockville resident after further investigation

Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) child sexual exploitation unit have laid additional charges against a Brockville resident in relation to an ongoing child sexual exploitation investigation.

The individual was originally arrested and charged in late May of this year. Further investigation has resulted in Bernard Frith, 61, being re-arrested and further charged with:

  • Adult sexual exploitation of a person with a disability
  • Sexual assault
  • One count of adult voyeurism

  The accused was subsequently released from custody and placed on conditions.
