Kingston Police release suspect video in 2021 murders of two Ottawa men

Kingston Police (KP) have released video footage of a suspect in the murders two Ottawa men in October of last year. 

Carl-Alen Delphin, 21, and Nico Soubliere, were murdered in a Kingston parking lot on Saturday, October 16, 2021. 

With help from members of the public, the KP Major Crime Unit has obtained video footage of a male suspect, who can be seen attempting to conceal his identity by overdressing.

It's also believed the suspect goes by the street name 'Sophia' and is not a resident of Kingston. 

He is described as:

  • A Black male
  • 25-40 years of age
  • At least 6'2″ tall
  • Approximately 275 lbs.

Police believe the three were known to each other and likely met up at the murder scene for a drug transaction. 

The KP Major Crime Unit is asking for anyone who may know the identity of this male to contact investigators.
