UPDATE: Missing 11-year-old found safe
Stratford police officers have found a missing 11-year-old girl safe.
An Ontario-wide Amber Alert had been issued for the girl earlier on August 2.
In a tweet, the Stratford police said the child was located with the help of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and York Regional Police.

The investigation is ongoing.
